PDG's private screen recorder and PDG Clips publisher. PDG Clips Recorder is Paradigm Development Group’s private screen-recording and publishing tool for authorized PDG staff. HOW IT WORKS 1. A staff member signs in to the PDG dashboard and pairs the extension using a short-lived, one-time code. 2. The user explicitly starts a recording and chooses a browser tab, application window, entire display, or camera. 3. The user may include microphone or system audio and use on-screen drawing and annotation tools while recording. 4. After recording, the user can review, trim, crop, download, or discard the recording. 5. When the user selects Publish, the recording uploads to PDG-managed private storage and appears in the authenticated PDG Clips workspace. 6. Public access is disabled by default. A recording becomes publicly accessible only when an authorized user deliberately creates a revocable sharing link. PRIVACY AND SECURITY PDG Clips Recorder does not record automatically. Capture begins only after the user initiates it and confirms Chrome’s capture picker. The extension uses page access only to display the recording controls, camera bubble, and annotation overlay on the page being recorded. It does not passively collect browsing history, monitor pages outside an active recording, sell user information, display advertising, or use behavioral analytics. A revocable device token is stored locally after pairing. Recordings remain on the user’s device until the user chooses to publish or download them. Published recordings are stored in PDG’s private workspace and are intended only for authorized Paradigm Development Group staff. This is an internal enterprise extension. A PDG dashboard account is required to pair the extension and publish recordings.
