ShowingPrep is a Chrome extension that generates a complete client briefing from any property listing page in about 60 seconds. WHAT IT DOES Open any property listing on your MLS portal or a real estate search site. Press Command+Shift+B on Mac or Ctrl+Shift+B on Windows. ShowingPrep reads the listing data from the page and generates a briefing containing: — Recent comparable sales from public listing data — A cover photo from the listing (optional, remove with one click) — AI-generated talking points matched to your buyer's priorities, must-haves, and dealbreakers — A budget alert if the listing exceeds your buyer's stated maximum BUYER PROFILES Store a profile for each of your active buyers capturing their budget range, minimum bedrooms, timeline, must-haves, and dealbreakers. ShowingPrep matches every property against your selected buyer's profile automatically.
