Powered by Chrome's built-in on-device Translator API — no API key, no account, and nothing ever leaves your browser. Safe to use even on private repositories and internal documentation. KEY FEATURES ◆ Code is never translated Code blocks, inline code, and keyboard shortcuts (pre / code / kbd, etc.) are structurally excluded. No more broken snippets or copy-pasting translated code. ◆ One-click toggle A button in the corner of the page translates the Markdown; click again to restore the original text exactly. The layout stays intact. ◆ Automatic language detection The source language is detected automatically, so it works for English, Chinese, Spanish, or any supported language — even mixed-language pages, which are detected paragraph by paragraph. Pick your target language from the toolbar popup (defaults to your browser's language). ◆ Fully local and free Translation runs entirely on your device. No sign-up, no usage fees. WORKS ON Repository READMEs, Markdown file views, wikis, and issue / PR bodies and comments (github.com / gist.github.com). REQUIREMENTS Chrome 138 or later. On first use, a translation model is downloaded per language pair (progress is shown on the button). PRIVACY This extension does not collect or transmit your browsing data or translated text.
