Select Microsoft Teams messages with Cmd/Ctrl-click and Shift-click, then copy or export them as a clean AI-ready transcript. Select Microsoft Teams messages like files, then copy or export them as clean, AI-ready transcripts. Copying from Teams normally loses everything that matters: who said what, what was a reply to what, where the images were. Transcript Copier keeps the whole structure intact so you can paste a conversation into an AI tool, a doc, or a ticket and it still makes sense. SELECT LIKE FILES • Cmd-click (Ctrl on Windows) toggles a message, Shift-click selects a range, Cmd+Shift-click adds another range, Esc clears • Live preview shows exactly what a click will select • Drag the panel anywhere; it remembers its place KNOW IT'S COMPLETE Teams unloads messages as you scroll, so naive copying silently drops them. The panel proves your selection has no holes: green means every message was captured, amber tells you to scroll back through. EVERYTHING SURVIVES • Quoted replies become "replying to Author (time)" lines at their true position • Mentions stay inline, emojis stay emojis, timestamps and authors on every message • Attachments become named links; deliberately skipped stretches are marked with [...] COPY, JSON, OR EXPORT Copy puts markdown on your clipboard. JSON gives you structured data. Export saves a folder with transcript.md plus every image beside it, referenced in place, so an AI reading the folder sees the full conversation, pictures included. PRIVATE BY DESIGN No accounts, no servers, no analytics. Nothing is collected or transmitted; everything runs in your browser and your data only goes where you paste it.
