Open, view, search, edit, and export CSV files locally from a browser side panel. CSV Viewer Online is a lightweight browser side panel for working with CSV files locally. Open a .csv or .txt file, paste CSV text, or try sample data without uploading your file to a server. The extension parses the table in the side panel so you can inspect rows, search across cells, sort columns, edit values, and export the result as CSV or JSON. Core features: - Open local CSV and TXT files - Paste CSV text directly into the side panel - Search rows and sort columns - Edit table cells inline - Export edited data as CSV or JSON - Copy JSON output when you choose - Formula-like CSV values are escaped during CSV export - Local side panel workflow with no host permissions Privacy boundary: CSV content stays in the extension side panel memory until you reset or close it. The extension does not request host permissions and does not upload CSV content. Limits: The side panel is designed for everyday CSV inspection and editing. Inputs are guarded at 5 MB and 10,000 data rows to avoid freezing the side panel. For larger workflows, use the website version.
