The constraint is the feature. WHAT IT DOES • Replaces Chrome's new tab with a focused daily plan. • Hard cap of 3 — the input shakes and refuses a 4th. • Per-task estimates with a focus timer. Live tick. Over-budget infraction banner. • Anything over 3 hours must be split before it's added. • Receipt view when 3/3 ships — timings, status, streak. • Streak counter and 30-day grid for consecutive 3/3 days. • Light, dark, or system theme.
