Overlay a design PNG on the page. Opacity, lock, nudge. Free stays local. Pro syncs recipes via ExtHub. Pixel Overlay places a design image on a normal http(s) page so you can compare layout to a mockup. Chrome://, the Web Store, and other restricted pages are skipped. Free tools stay in this browser — no ExtHub account. Local files never leave the device; only an optional http(s) image URL can be stored with a recipe. FREE (this browser) • Show overlay on/off and Pause all • Opacity, lock position, Invert, and blend chips Normal and Multiply • Load from an image URL or a PNG/JPEG/GIF/WebP file up to 4 MB • Unlock to nudge with arrows (Shift = 10 px); Esc hides without wiping the image • Local recipes (host and overlay metrics) and an action log (host and tool — not page HTML, not image pixels) • Up to 12 recipes and 20 log rows locally OPTIONAL PRO (ExtHub subscription) • Sign in from the popup to sync recipes, overlay prefs, and the overlay log to ExtHub (hosts and overlay metrics only — not image pixels, not page HTML) • Extra blends Difference and Screen, scale 50–200%, and an 8/16 px grid • JSON export/import (data URLs are stripped) • Up to 50 recipes / 80 log rows; archive, search, and CSV/JSON export on exthub.app Pro is sold on ExtHub (card payment), not as a Chrome Web Store in-app purchase. Installing this extension does not charge you. CONNECTIVITY While the extension is running it sends a compact ping to ExtHub (a random install id, which extension, and version).
