Pick a date range, click one button, get one ZIP with every document — named so your accountant will actually thank you: 2026-07_uber_invoice_10409356.pdf WHAT IT DOES • Lists all your trips for the date range you pick (presets: last month, last quarter, this year) • Downloads the real VAT invoice PDF (factuur/Rechnung/facture) for every trip that has one • Falls back to the trip receipt when Uber issued no invoice, so your ZIP is complete • Bundles everything into one ZIP with clean, sortable file names • Shows progress on screen — including cancelled trips and trips without any document ABOUT RECEIPTS AND PDF Uber stopped serving receipts as PDF in July 2026. Their own site now shows a receipt as a web page, and their "Download PDF" button no longer returns a file. VAT invoices are not affected and still arrive as proper PDFs straight from Uber. For receipts you get two files per trip: Uber's own page saved as .html, and a clean one-page .pdf generated from it, with the fare breakdown, payment method, route and driver, ready for an expense report. WORKS WITH Personal Uber accounts on riders.uber.com — no Uber for Business needed. That is the gap this extension closes: business profiles get monthly statements, personal riders get nothing but one-by-one clicking. PRIVATE BY DESIGN Everything happens inside your browser, on your own Uber session. No account, no server, no data leaves your machine. The extension only runs on riders.uber.com and asks for no other permissions. WHY THERE IS NO SUBSCRIPTION Services that fetch invoices for you charge €10-20 a month, and to do it they ask for your portal logins so their servers can sign in on your behalf. This extension does neither. It runs inside your own browser, in the Uber session you are already signed into. Your password never leaves your machine, because there is no server for it to leave to. Those services also rebuild the whole flow on their own servers, so when a site changes, you wait for the vendor. Here the site is doing the work in your own tab, and when something does break, the fix ships the same day. That is exactly what happened the last time Uber changed its receipts. No account to create, no credentials stored, nothing to cancel. HONEST NOTES • Whether a trip has a real VAT invoice depends on your country and the ride type — where Uber issues one, you get it; otherwise you get the receipt and the summary tells you which is which. • In the US and several other countries Uber issues no VAT invoice at all, so a ZIP from those accounts will contain receipts only. • Uber changes its site sometimes. If something breaks, tell us via the Support tab — we answer. The July 2026 receipt change above was fixed the same day a user reported it.
