Move reviewed VetGeni notes into ezyVet and import scheduled ezyVet patients into VetGeni. VetGeni ezyVet Connector links your VetGeni account with ezyVet so you can move clinical notes and schedules between the two without copy-pasting. WHAT IT DOES • Import your ezyVet day sheet into VetGeni - pull scheduled patients for any date from the ezyVet calendar so they are ready as VetGeni cases. • Send reviewed notes back to ezyVet - link each VetGeni SOAP or discharge section to the matching section in the open ezyVet consult, then transfer every mapped section with Add all. • Protect the patient record - the connector compares the VetGeni patient with the open ezyVet patient and blocks writeback when names or IDs conflict. • Keep clinicians in control - unmapped sections are skipped, ezyVet save results are reported, and the connector never signs or locks a record. HOW IT WORKS 1. In ezyVet, use the compact VetGeni panel to import the day's visits into VetGeni. 2. In VetGeni, dictate and review the SOAP note or discharge summary. 3. Back in ezyVet, open the matching patient consult and scan the available sections. 4. Link each VetGeni section to its ezyVet destination. These choices are remembered for that ezyVet site. 5. Click Add all, then review the entries and any rich-text save confirmation shown by the connector. A single-target manual insertion option remains available for older documents or manually edited text. PRIVACY The connector runs only on ezyVet and VetGeni pages and uses your existing signed-in ezyVet session. It does not collect or store your ezyVet password, and it does not send your data to any third party outside VetGeni. Full details are in our privacy policy. VetGeni is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by ezyVet or IDEXX. "ezyVet" is a trademark of its respective owner and is used only to describe compatibility.
