Autofill job applications on Workday, Greenhouse and LinkedIn. AI drafts your screening answers. You review, then submit. VeloApply fills in job application forms for you, then stops and waits for your review before anything is submitted. Applying online means retyping the same details over and over. Your name, contact information, work history, education, and then a fresh set of screening questions on every single form. VeloApply handles the repetitive part so your time goes into the applications that actually matter. HOW IT WORKS 1. Build your profile once in the extension popup, or upload your resume and let it read the details out for you. 2. Open a job application and click Fill. 3. VeloApply completes the standard fields and drafts answers to the custom questions it finds. 4. Anything the AI wrote, plus any sensitive field, is highlighted so you can check it. You edit what you want, then you submit the form yourself. VeloApply never submits an application on your behalf. That is a deliberate design decision, not a missing feature. A human should read what goes out under their name. WHAT IT HANDLES Standard fields. Name, contact details, address, work authorization and similar details are matched to your saved profile and filled in. Screening questions. Most applications go beyond simple text boxes: free text questions, dropdowns, radio buttons, checkboxes and consent fields. VeloApply drafts a response based on your profile, marks it clearly, and leaves the final call to you. Answer memory. When you correct an answer, VeloApply keeps your version. Next time a similar question comes up it fills in straight away with no wait. Multi step forms. Applications that run across several pages are handled page by page as you move through them. YOU DECIDE WHEN IT RUNS Autofill is off until you ask for it. The extension waits for you to click Fill. If you would rather it start on its own, you can switch that on in settings. It stays inactive on document editors, mail and other sites that are not job applications. PRIVACY Your profile is used to fill your own applications and nothing else.
