Description
Cleans junk characters and formatting when you copy text. Smart Copy Cleaner improves copied text by removing invisible characters and normalizing formatting. Features: • Removes zero-width characters • Converts non-breaking spaces to regular spaces • Normalizes smart quotes to plain ASCII quotes • Optional dash normalization • Trims trailing whitespace • Limits excessive blank lines • Works with keyboard copy (Ctrl+C) and website "Copy" buttons The extension runs entirely in the browser and does not collect or transmit any data. All processing happens locally on the current page. Settings can be adjusted per site using the popup or the options page.
