Auto-fill job applications with AI. Reads your resume, writes tailored answers. Needs your own free Groq API key. Applying for jobs means retyping the same information into a new form every time: name, contact details, work history, education, and then a handful of open-ended questions like "Why do you want to work here?" FormFill AI fills that form for you. How it works 1. Add your resume and profile details once in the extension popup. 2. Add your own API key from your AI provider account (the extension does not resell or bundle AI credits — you connect your own key). 3. Open a job application form and click Fill. 4. Review every answer before you submit. Nothing is submitted for you. What it fills - Text fields such as name, email, phone, city, and profile links — matched locally from your saved profile, with no AI call and no network round-trip. - Long-form questions — the AI writes a first-person answer grounded in the achievements, projects, and skills in the resume you provided. - Dropdowns, radio buttons, and checkbox groups — the extension reads the question and the available options and selects the best match from your profile. - Forms that render fields dynamically after page load or inside embedded frames. Field detection The extension first analyses the page structure — labels, ARIA attributes, placeholders, and surrounding text — to work out what each field is asking. When a field has no usable label, it can fall back to a screenshot of the form so the AI can read the visual layout instead. This lets it work on custom and poorly-labelled application forms, not just standard HTML ones. Answer quality Answers are written from your resume content, tailored to the role and company named on the page. You always see and edit the text before submitting. Reuse your answers Answers you keep are stored locally in your browser and offered again the next time a similar question appears, so repeat applications get faster. Your data - Your resume, profile, and API key are stored locally in your browser. - Page content and your profile data are sent only to the AI provider whose key you configured, and only when you click Fill. - The extension has no server of its own and does not sell or share your data.
