Offline timetable assistant: import your timetable from the school PDF, then see today's classes and what's on now. VEDC Timetable turns the school's staff timetable PDF into your own live daily schedule — so you always know what class is on now and what's next. Upload the full staff PDF once, search for your name, and the extension pulls out just your timetable. Everything happens on your device: the PDF is read locally, nothing is uploaded, and no account or API key is needed. FEATURES • Import from the school PDF — upload the full staff timetable and simply find your name; your own timetable is extracted in about a second. • Today view — your current class, a live "minutes left" bar, and what's up next. • Week grid — a clean, colour-coded grid that mirrors the printed timetable, with a break ribbon showing exactly when each break falls. Click any cell to edit. • Class timetables — every class group's week is worked out from the same PDF, with no second import: see who teaches the group and when, grouped by level. • Find a teacher — search any colleague to see their week and where they are right now: in class, free, or finished for the day. • Accurate times — class times come from the official bell schedule, including Friday's shorter periods, so they're right even when the PDF is hard to read. • Tasks — pin a reminder to a specific class period ("collect lab reports"), once or every week. It shows on the class and pops up a few minutes into the lesson. • Substitutions — add a cover lesson for today; it appears in Today and the grid, warns you if it clashes with your own class, and alerts you 5 minutes before. • Class reminders — optional desktop notifications before each class (off by default). • Syncs across your own devices through your Chrome profile — no server of ours. • 100% offline — no network calls, no API key, no account, no tracking. HOW IT WORKS 1. Open the extension and go to Import. 2. Drop in the school's staff timetable PDF. 3. Search for your name and confirm it's you. 4. Check the summary and press Save. After that the toolbar popup shows what's on now and next at a glance, and the Today and Timetable views give you the full picture.
