Captures 3vjia business-page network outcomes and uploads secure DiagLink reports. DiagLink Network Diagnosis is a browser extension for troubleshooting network issues on business web pages. After a user actively starts a diagnosis on a supported business page, the extension collects browser-side network request metadata, lightweight network quality results, DNS information, and public network exit information, then uploads them to the DiagLink diagnostic service to generate a report. This helps support, implementation, operations, and development teams investigate slow page loading, failed resources, CDN cache issues, DNS issues, unstable network exits, and server-side failures. Key features: - Collects request URL, method, resource type, HTTP status, network errors, remote IP, start/end time, and duration. - Identifies failed requests, slow requests, and static resource loading issues. - Checks CDN response headers to help determine cache hit status. - For non-static JSON API responses on limited business domains, extracts only business status summary fields such as code, status, or Status to help determine API business status; it does not upload or store raw response bodies, complete JSON payloads, or data objects. - Collects public IP, DNS resolver, and lightweight speed test results to help distinguish local network, DNS, CDN, routing, and server-side issues. - Generates a report ID after diagnosis, which users can copy and share with technical support. - The extension does not modify, intercept, or redirect network requests, and does not collect passwords, cookies, authorization headers, payment information, chat content, page content, or full response bodies. Diagnostic data is used only for troubleshooting and technical support.
