Adds a CryoSPARC right-click action that downloads a refined volume and opens it in DAQweb. This is an extension that allows users to perform CryoEM model validation from the CryoSparc WebUI easily. It simply downloads a cryoEM map from the WebUI and starts up the local companion server with that cryoEM map such that users can perform model validation using a deep learning method called DAQ. Structural Biologists should use this tool to aid their protein structure validation. It provides a seamless bridge between cryoEM 3D reconstruction in cryoSPARC and model validation using DAQ which is developed by our group.
