Analyze and rewrite Gmail drafts with ColdmailAI. ColdmailAI helps you improve the email draft you are actively composing in Gmail. Open the side panel beside a compose window to analyze clarity, tone, structure, personalization, and likely reply friction. You can then preview an AI-assisted rewrite and choose whether to apply it to your draft. What you can do: - Analyze the current Gmail draft or a text selection you explicitly make. - See practical feedback before sending. - Generate and preview a rewrite without silently replacing your draft. - Apply a rewrite only when you choose. - Revisit recent results in your ColdmailAI workspace history. - Open playbooks, frameworks, and account settings from the Gmail side panel. The extension reads the authored compose text locally to show draft state and prepare the action you request. The draft and goal are not sent outside Gmail until you accept the in-product disclosure and deliberately start an AI action. The extension does not read your inbox, sent mail, Gmail subject or recipient values, or Gmail cookies. It uses Clerk for sign-in and sends the draft or selected text, your stated goal, and relevant workspace context to the ColdmailAI service. ColdmailAI uses OpenRouter with per-request controls that deny provider data collection and require a zero data retention endpoint. Successful results are stored in workspace-visible history with a 30-day expiry and can be deleted sooner. A ColdmailAI account, an active workspace subscription, and available usage credits are required. See the privacy policy for complete data handling and service-provider details. ColdmailAI is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google. Gmail is a trademark of Google LLC. Use of this trademark is subject to Google Permissions.
