Claude Session Migrator & Account Manager lets you manage unlimited Claude accounts and continue working without interruptions caused by usage limits. The extension tracks usage for each account individually, showing which accounts are available, which have reached their limits, and when they are expected to refresh. When your current account runs out of messages, the extension automatically captures the conversation context, switches to another available account, and prepares a continuation prompt so you can resume the same chat seamlessly.
