Traditional static analysis fails a lot of the time so we use AI to scan thousands extensions to find potentially problematic extensions to help keep you secure. We've already identified over 10 critical vulnerabilities, alongside hundreds of extensions implementing extensive surveilence of your browsing history, affecting hundreds of millions of users. CRXcavator, SpinAI, LayerX and others handle extension security via permission scoring, not deep analysis, which is why our results are much more reliable with significiantly less noise.
