A city morning brief: banner photo, weather, local news, today's games and concerts, plus market futures. Morning Brief turns every new Chrome tab into a local briefing for the city you choose. Open a new tab to see: • A city banner photo that shifts from Morning Brief to Daily Brief to Evening Brief as the day goes on • Today’s weather, an hourly forecast, and a 5-day outlook • Local and country news headlines • Today’s games and concerts — including NCAA football and basketball in U.S. and Canadian cities • Market futures • Shortcuts and a Google search bar • Visiting links for maps, transit, hotels, Wikipedia, webcams, radio, and currency Set a Home city so every new tab opens there. Save up to 10 cities you actually want, then switch from the Saved cities menu. Searching a city opens it; it is not added to your list unless you choose Save city. Start with a state or province, then pick a city or town — or type a city name directly. You can also pick a city from the toolbar icon. News, scores, concerts, YouTube, and Windy open in a new tab. Maps, hotels, radio, and currency stay in a side panel so the brief stays on screen. Your city list, language, and units stay on your device. Available in English, Spanish, French, German, Portuguese, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Chinese, Hindi, and Arabic. Morning Brief does not track your browsing. It does not show ads today. A future version may include ads.
