Description
Find private-seller (FSBO) listings on Idealista. Agencies filtered out, every page read, CSV export and email digests. FSBO Finder finds the owners selling without an agent on Idealista (Portugal, Spain and Italy). Run any search and it reads every results page, drops the agency ads and keeps only the private sellers. Export them to CSV, or save the search and get new owner listings by email. ⚡ HOW IT WORKS 1. Open any search on idealista.pt, idealista.com or idealista.it 2. Click "Start Auto-Extraction" in FSBO Finder 3. Every results page is read for you and agency listings are filtered out 4. Export the private listings to CSV, or save the search as an email digest 📬 EMAIL DIGESTS Save a search once and every new private listing in that area lands in your inbox automatically: daily, weekly or monthly (hourly on request). Each email links straight to the listings and attaches the full list as a CSV. ✨ WHAT YOU GET • Private sellers only: each listing's seller type is checked and agency ads are removed • Every page, automatically: no clicking through dozens of results by hand • CSV export: listing link, title, details, price and description, ready for Excel or your CRM • Email digests for the areas you work • Works on Idealista Portugal, Spain and Italy • Keep browsing while it runs, stop at any time and keep what was found • Interface in English, Portuguese, Spanish and Italian 💼 WHO IT'S FOR Real estate agents and teams looking for listing mandates, and investors who want to deal directly with owners. 🚀 GET STARTED FREE 1. We store your licence, your email address, your saved digests and the listings read during searches (to spot new ones for your digests). We never sell your data.
