Description
Bridges approved Google Sheets with a signed-in Verint Cloud tab for reference reads and explicitly approved module actions. Verint Sync Bridge is the local browser transport for the Verint Sync Google Sheets operator console. It lets an authorized workforce-management operator read scheduling reference data from their own Verint Cloud tenant and apply work-pattern assignments that were previewed and explicitly confirmed in an approved Google Sheet. The extension does not provide a standalone synchronization service. It requires: 1. access to a compatible Verint Cloud tenant; 2. the separately configured Verint Sync Apps Script sidebar in Google Sheets; and 3. one or more Google Sheet URLs approved in the extension's settings. Key safeguards: - Only explicitly approved Google Sheet IDs can send bridge requests. - Exactly one signed-in Verint Cloud tab must be open, preventing ambiguous targeting. - Work-rule writes require a confirmed one-time job and verify the employee, pattern and effective dates. - Results are read back from Verint before success is reported. - Verint credentials and session cookies remain in the Verint website's browser context. - There is no developer backend, advertising, analytics or telemetry. This extension is intended for organizations that have independently authorized use of Verint Cloud and Google Workspace. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by Verint Systems Inc. or Google LLC.
