Record patient conversations and send them to ChartScribe. ChartScribe Recorder lets supported web apps launch a lightweight, non-obstructive recording panel for clinical documentation workflows. When opened from an integrated ChartScribe web app, the extension receives the current patient and template context, records audio from the user’s microphone, and securely uploads the recording for AI-powered processing in ChartScribe. The recording panel floats above the current page so users can continue working while recording, and recording is managed by the extension so it can continue safely across normal page interactions.
