Open a job posting and Litos tailors your resume, fills the application, and drafts real outreach. You get the final say. Litos is a free Chrome extension for job seekers. Open a job posting and Litos gets the whole application ready: - It rewrites your resume for that job, using only work you really did - It fills in the form from answers you gave once - It finds a real recruiter or alum at the company - It writes them a short email in your voice You check everything. You press send. WHAT LITOS NEVER DOES - Never invents experience. Every line comes from the resume you uploaded. - Never writes your essays. Those boxes stay blank, because they are yours. - Never sends an email for you. Drafts wait in your Gmail until you send them. - Never sends an application without you. Auto-submit is off unless you turn it on. Turn it on and a 15-second countdown runs first, and one click cancels it. - Never answers questions about work authorization or visa sponsorship. Every country has different rules, so those are always left for you. - Never guesses your race or gender. Setup asks, the questions are optional, and we answer forms with whatever you entered. Leave them blank and we pick "I would rather not say" every time. - Never guesses an email address. Addresses we could not check say so. - Never reads a page that is not a job posting. If you are not on one, Litos reads nothing. WHERE IT WORKS Litos fills in forms on Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, Workday and LinkedIn, and on many company career pages. It can press send for you on Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby and SmartRecruiters. Anywhere else it fills the form in and hands it to you. WHAT IT COSTS Your first week is free, with everything switched on. No card needed. After that you keep a free allowance every month, and there is a paid Pro plan if you want more. You choose your plan in the app. Cancelling takes the same number of clicks as signing up. WHAT LITOS CAN SEE - activeTab: read the job posting you are looking at, when you ask Litos to. - scripting: fill in the form on a company career page, only on the tab where you clicked the button. - storage: keep you signed in. - clipboardWrite: let you copy an email address or a draft.
