Move reviewed VetGeni notes into Shepherd and import scheduled Shepherd patients into VetGeni. VetGeni Shepherd Connector links VetGeni with browser-based Shepherd so veterinary teams can move reviewed clinical notes and scheduled visits between the two systems without repetitive copy-paste. WHAT IT DOES - Import scheduled Shepherd appointments and visits into VetGeni for the selected date. - Import the currently visible Shepherd patient when working from a chart. - Receive a reviewed VetGeni SOAP or discharge document. - Scan the open Shepherd SOAP for supported Subjective, Objective, Assessment, and Plan/Schedule sections. - Insert reviewed content into the section selected by the user and trigger that section's normal Shepherd save action. - Preserve a focused-editor option for screens that are not recognized automatically. CONTROL AND SAFETY The user selects the destination section and reviews the result in Shepherd. The connector does not sign, lock, close, or submit a SOAP. The focused-editor option remains under the user's manual save control. PRIVACY The connector runs only on supported Shepherd and VetGeni pages. It uses the user's existing signed-in Shepherd session to perform user-requested appointment and patient lookups. It does not collect or store the user's Shepherd password. Pending document data, patient-import state, and connector diagnostics are stored locally by the browser extension. VetGeni is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Shepherd Veterinary Software. "Shepherd" is a trademark of its respective owner and is used only to describe compatibility.
