Capture full webpages, visible areas, and scrollable sections. Save as PNG or PDF, or copy directly to clipboard. Create a Full Page Screenshot or Scrolling Screenshot of a complete webpage, capture the visible browser area, or use Scroll Area Capture for one scrollable section inside a page. This webpage screenshot and screen capture tool keeps every mode in one clear workflow. Choose the capture mode that matches your task: • Full Page Screenshot captures a webpage from top to bottom. • Visible Area Screenshot captures exactly what is currently visible. • Scroll Area Capture detects scrollable containers and lets you select the area you want to capture. Save the result as PNG or PDF, or copy the screenshot directly to your clipboard. Clipboard copying is available for a browser-supported single-image result; split long captures are saved as numbered PNG files or continued across PDF pages. The interface is designed for a fast, clear workflow with minimal settings. Scroll Area Capture is useful when the content you need is inside a chat, email view, dashboard, modal, sidebar, review list, comment section, accessible web-based PDF viewer, or scrollable table instead of the main webpage. Chrome’s built-in PDF viewer supports Visible Area Screenshot only; full scroll-area capture is available only when a web-based viewer exposes an accessible scrollable container. It can be used with long conversations and supported layouts in services such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Copilot, and Gmail. Compatibility may vary when a website changes its layout or browser access is restricted. The capture engine is designed to handle common problems found on long and dynamic pages: • Repeated sticky headers and floating buttons • Content that appears during scrolling • Progressive processing for long pages with automatic splitting when required • A fast loaded-content default or an optional keep-loading mode for infinite scroll • High-resolution displays • Page restoration after capture or cancellation Long results are processed progressively to reduce peak browser memory pressure. When a result exceeds browser image limits, the extension preserves the captured content as numbered PNG files or across PDF pages instead of silently cutting it off. On continuously loading pages, choose the fast default to capture content already loaded or keep loading toward the end within safety limits. Your captured page content is processed locally in the browser. Long capture artifacts may be kept temporarily in extension-private browser storage and are deleted after the result session ends. The extension does not include advertising SDKs, advertising user interfaces, or advertising network requests in version 1. Captures are not uploaded to an external server by the extension. Chrome internal pages, the Chrome Web Store, protected browser pages, and some restricted content cannot be captured because Chrome does not allow extensions to access them. Very large or highly dynamic pages may be divided into multiple output files to protect browser stability and image quality.
