The Integral Signature Receiver Extension is only valid when used in combination with Certara's Integral Web application.… The Integral Signature Receiver Extension is only valid when used in combination with Certara's Integral Web application. Certara's Integral application is an FDA 21-CFR-11 compliant repository for storing data used in drug research. 21-CFR-11 compliance requires digital signatures for tracking a complete audit trail of regulated actions. Integral uses Okta for Identity Management, and also federates authentication through Okta to a variety of other Identity providers. This enables SSO (single-sign on) for basic access to the system. In the case of acquiring digital signatures, Integral must require the user to re-enter credentials to obtain a signature token. Since Integral supports SSO, by default the Okta widget will bypass the requirement to re-enter credentials if a user has already been authenticated. To require users to re-enter credentials, this extension allows Integral to display the Okta widget in Incognito mode, thus ignoring prior SSO credentials (cookies), and forcing the user to re-enter credentials to obtain a signature token.
