Autofill job applications, tailor answers to each role, attach your resume, and review everything before you submit. JobToaster reads the job or application page you open and combines its content with the profile information you save to fill forms and draft role-specific answers. When AI analysis is used, this information is sent directly to the AI provider you choose using your own API key. JobToaster has no developer-operated backend, does not sell your data, and never submits an application. Spend less time repeating yourself and more time making every application count. JobToaster works beside the application in a focused, draggable panel. Open it on a job page and it automatically: • Understands the role and surfaces the few details that actually matter • Fills safe fields from your verified profile • Drafts human, role-specific answers from your real experience • Attaches your saved resume to matching upload fields • Flags salary, dates, generated answers, and missing information for review • Rechecks fields that appear in another tab on the same application page • Lets you undo the changes it made You stay in control: • JobToaster never clicks Next, Continue, or Submit • Existing answers are preserved • Sensitive, demographic, consent, signature, password, payment, and government-ID fields are not filled • AI-written answers are clearly marked so you can review and refine them Private by design: Your profile, API keys, and uploaded documents are stored in extension-scoped browser storage. JobToaster sends the current role/application content and the relevant non-sensitive profile information only to the AI provider you select—Anthropic, OpenAI, or Google Gemini—using your own API key. Optional demographic information stays local and is never sent to an AI provider or filled automatically. Requirements: JobToaster requires your own supported Anthropic, OpenAI, or Google Gemini API key. Provider usage may incur charges under that provider’s pricing and terms.
