Select “Enable multilingual subtitles.” 5. For a new language pair, wait for Chrome to finish downloading its language pack. Notes • The extension does not perform speech recognition. The lecture must provide source captions. • Available language pairs and language-pack availability depend on Chrome and the user's environment. • Caption text is processed locally with Chrome's Translator API and is not sent to an external server by the extension. • Refresh lecture tabs that were already open before installation. • The extension does not bypass course access controls or download course videos.
