Connects your Etsy shop to Rhinely so buyer addresses and tracking sync through Rhinely's shipping channel. Rhinely Etsy Connect securely links your Etsy shop to your Rhinely account so buyer addresses and shipment tracking can sync through Rhinely's approved shipping channel. This extension exists because Etsy restricts buyer address access and tracking-write permissions to a small list of approved shipping partners. Rhinely uses one of those partners (Shippo) under a Rhinely-controlled account to handle that data flow. The extension is the secure bridge that completes the one-time authorization on your behalf. WHAT IT DOES - Watches for exactly one URL: Shippo's Etsy OAuth completion callback. - When that URL appears in your browser after you approve Shippo on Etsy, it forwards the URL to Rhinely so we can complete the secure connection. - Once the connection is made, it automatically uninstalls itself. WHAT IT DOES NOT DO - It does not read your browsing history, page content, passwords, or cookies. - Rhinely's own credentials never enter your browser. - It does not run on any other URL. It does not run in the background between connection attempts. - It does not share data with any third party. WHO IT IS FOR - Existing Rhinely sellers who have already connected an Etsy shop to Rhinely and want full address + tracking sync. You will see a "Connect address sync via Shippo" option inside your Rhinely vendor dashboard after installing. DATA HANDLING - Data sent: the single OAuth callback URL, transmitted only to rhinely.com. - Data stored locally: which Rhinely environment to talk to (so the extension knows whether you are on rhinely.com or a Rhinely staging site). - The extension does not collect personal data, browsing data, or financial data.
