Snap any table on screen — PDF, image, dashboard — and get clean Excel/CSV. Unlimited, one-time, uses YOUR OpenAI/Gemini key. TableSnap turns any table you can see on screen into clean spreadsheet rows — in one drag. Screenshot a table from a PDF, a web page, a dashboard, an image, a slide — anything on screen — and TableSnap reads it with AI and hands you the rows, ready to paste into Excel or Google Sheets, or download as CSV. WHY IT'S DIFFERENT • Unlimited. One-time. No subscription, no per-table credits. • Uses YOUR OWN AI key (OpenAI or Google Gemini). You pay the provider a fraction of a cent per table — typically far less than a monthly subscription to an extraction service — and nothing to us. • Nothing goes through our servers. The image goes straight from your browser to the AI provider you chose. We have no backend and collect no data. HOW IT WORKS 1. Click the TableSnap icon (or press Alt+T). 2. Drag a box around the table. 3. Get a clean preview — then "Copy for Excel / Sheets" or "Download CSV". BUILT FOR REAL SPREADSHEETS • Columns split correctly on paste (tab-separated). • CSV export includes a UTF-8 marker and the right separator for your locale, so accented characters and comma-decimals open correctly in Excel (incl. Polish, German, French). • Handles merged cells, empty cells, and quoted values without mangling them. SETUP (2 minutes) Right-click the TableSnap icon → Options → paste an OpenAI or Gemini API key. Gemini has a free tier, so you can start at zero cost. • OpenAI keys: platform.openai.com/api-keys • Gemini keys: aistudio.google.com/apikey PRIVACY Your key is stored only in your browser.
