One word, one shape. MonoMoji shows words you choose as block-shape symbols. All reading analysis stays on your device. One word, one shape. MonoMoji adds a visual layer to the English alphabet. Words you choose are shown, on any webpage, as compact block-shape symbols; a playful cognitive experiment in reading words as single shapes instead of letter sequences. HOW IT WORKS • Pick a word (start with the built-in defaults, THE and AND; together they already cover a surprising share of everyday English text). • MonoMoji renders that word as its shape everywhere you read. • The original text stays intact underneath: search, select, and copy all work normally, and a hover tooltip always shows the real word. • Toggle the whole layer on and off any time with Alt+T (Option+T on Mac). THE SIDE PANEL • Page Words: how much of the current page your shapes already cover, and which words appear most often. • My Library: your chosen words, with recommendations based on the page you're reading and your own local reading profile. • Reading Data controls: pause counting, exclude specific sites, or delete your local reading profile with one click. PRIVATE BY ARCHITECTURE Visible page text is analyzed locally on the user's device. Page text, URLs, domains, page titles, and word-frequency profiles are never transmitted to MonoMoji servers. The word-frequency profile that powers recommendations lives in your browser's local storage, is never synced, and can be paused or deleted at any time. This version contains no analytics or telemetry of any kind. Incognito windows are never counted.
