This extension will make your text easily readable by separating sentences based on periods. Walls of text are hard to read. Better Sentence Segmentation breaks each sentence onto its own line, so every sentence starts at the left margin. That makes long paragraphs easier to skim, easier to reread, and easier to follow — you can find where a sentence begins at a glance, and drop one to jump to the next. It works automatically: load a page and it segments the text for you, including content that appears as you scroll. You can also segment any page on demand from the toolbar button or the right-click menu. WHAT YOU CAN DO • Auto-segment pages as they load (on by default) • Segment a page manually from the toolbar popup or right-click menu • Add a line separator between sentences for extra clarity • Use double-spacing instead of line breaks • Outline the blocks it segments • Turn it off for any site you don't want segmented BUILT TO BE SAFE AND ACCURATE • Knows the difference between a sentence end and an abbreviation — it won't break on "U.S.", "Mr.", "e.g.", numbered lists like "1." and "10.", or decimals like "3.14". • Only reformats visible text. It leaves the page's links, buttons, scripts, and styles untouched, and nothing breaks. • Turn it off and the page returns to normal instantly — no reload, and it works offline. PRIVACY No data collection, no tracking, no network requests. Everything happens locally in your browser, and your settings stay on your device.
