Copy your signed Relvema notes, with diagnosis and CPT codes, into SimplePractice, TherapyNotes, Jane and 16 more EHRs. Relvema puts your signed clinical notes into your EHR in one click — no more retyping or field-by-field copy-paste. SimplePractice, TherapyNotes, Jane and most therapy EHRs have no open API, so moving a finished note into them is manual. Relvema fixes that from the page you already have open: – One-click Copy — put any signed note on your clipboard and paste it into any EHR, anywhere. – Smart Insert — on a supported EHR, drop the note straight into the note fields. It even maps each section (Subjective, Objective, Assessment, Plan…) to its matching field. – Billing too — insert the diagnosis and CPT/POS codes into the billing fields. – Client-aware — when a client's chart is open, their note is surfaced first.
