An extension for highlighting phone numbers on web pages and initiating a call on AAFD Click to Dial for Avaya Agent Desktop enhances productivity by allowing agents to place calls directly from supported web pages using their locally installed Avaya Agent Desktop application. The extension scans web pages for phone number like text and highlights detected numbers. When a highlighted number is clicked, the extension securely sends the number to the Avaya Agent Desktop running on the same computer, where all dialing rules and validations are applied.
