Export Garmin Coach cycling workouts as .zwo files for the MyWhoosh Workout Builder — no manual rebuilding required. Export your structured Garmin Coach cycling workouts directly into the MyWhoosh Workout Builder — no manual rebuilding required. How it works: 1. Open connect.garmin.com/app/training-plan while logged in to Garmin Connect. 2. Click any workout in your weekly plan to open its detail panel. 3. Click the extension icon in the toolbar — your workouts appear in the list. 4. Click ⬇ .zwo next to the workout you want. The file is saved to your Downloads folder and the MyWhoosh Workout Builder opens automatically with your Garmin's FTP pre-filled. 5. In the MyWhoosh editor, use the import file option to select the .zwo file from your Downloads folder. Done. Tip: If the extension badge doesn't appear in the bottom left corner of the Garmin Coach page, try refreshing the page. If it still doesn't show, go to your browser's Extensions page, find this extension, click the refresh icon, and reload the Garmin Coach page. Features: - Captures workout structure, intervals, power targets, and duration automatically. - Reads your FTP from Garmin and pre-fills it in the MyWhoosh editor. - Supports all Garmin Coach step types: warmup, cooldown, steady-state intervals, repeat groups, and free-ride steps. - FTP override: set a custom value if your MyWhoosh FTP differs from Garmin. - All data stays in your browser — nothing is sent to any external server.
