SHIBAINU CRM と外部サービスを連携します。スカウト送信記録、候補者返信検知、HRMOS 採用のポジション取り込みに対応します。 SHIBAINU CRM 拡張機能は、採用管理SaaS「SHIBAINU」と、日々の採用業務で使うスカウト媒体をつなぐ連携ツールです。媒体上での操作をそのまま SHIBAINU CRM に取り込み、これまで手作業で行っていた記録・転記をなくします。 この拡張機能でできること: ・送ったスカウトを自動で SHIBAINU CRM に記録します。 ・候補者からの返信を検知し、CRM の進捗状況を最新の状態に保ちます。 ・媒体上の候補者情報を CRM に取り込み、二重入力をなくします。 ・CRM に登録したスカウトテンプレートを、媒体の作成画面から呼び出せます。 ・採用管理システムのポジション情報を CRM に取り込みます。 ご利用には SHIBAINU の契約アカウントと、CRM で発行する拡張トークンが必要です。拡張機能のポップアップにトークンを設定すると連携が有効になります。
