Description
Displays instant desktop notifications for incoming calls and events from the softphone web application. The single purpose of this extension is to provide an iframe-based on-premise CTI/softphone application with access to native system and hardware telephony capabilities. The softphone integrates telephony systems with CRM platforms but is restricted by the iframe sandbox. This extension bridges this gap via window.postMessage to provide exactly two telephony-related functions: Triggering native OS desktop notifications for incoming calls and events. Enabling hardware Call Control (answer, end, mute, hold) for Jabra headsets via the WebHID API and Jabra SDK, securely managed within an offscreen document. Note: This update introduces a minimal setup UI accessed via the extension icon. This UI exists exclusively to let users pair their Jabra device and grant WebHID permissions, strictly adhering to the single purpose.
