Save support replies and insert them into any text field. ReplySnap is a snippet manager for people who answer the same questions over and over. You pick a profile for the app you're in (Gmail, Outlook, Zendesk, or LinkedIn), save replies with a title and category, then insert them into the compose box on the page you're already on. Subject lines and message body go in together where the site supports it. Built for support, sales, and recruiting workflows where speed matters but copy-paste from a doc is messy. Formatting is preserved: line breaks, basic rich text, lists. Categories are per app, so your Zendesk tags don't have to match your Gmail folders. Open the popup with the toolbar icon or Ctrl+Shift+K (Command+Shift+K on Mac). Nothing leaves your browser. Snippets live in Chrome's local storage on your machine. Works best when you already have a compose window open (new email, ticket reply, LinkedIn message). If there's nowhere to put the text, you'll get a short notice instead of a silent fail.
