Track prior authorisation units and expiry dates per patient, and stop re-keying the same details into payer portals. Record the authorised unit count and the expiry date for each patient's authorisation. The toolbar badge counts what needs attention, and you get a desktop notification before an authorisation runs out rather than after a claim is denied. On a payer portal, click the toolbar icon to fill the fields you have already saved. Fields are matched by label, name and type, and real input events are dispatched so modern web forms accept the values. Everything is stored in your browser. There is no account to create.
