Useful for marketplace sellers, freelancers and people handling recurring customer questions: shipping updates, returns, availability, follow-ups and polite declines. How it works 1. Choose a reply from your personal phrase library. 2. Fill changing details such as a name or order ID, or use an AI button to adjust the draft. 3. Review the answer, then insert it into a supported text field or copy and paste it. You decide when to send. What you can do - Keep saved replies searchable and organized into groups and workspaces - Fill template variables such as {{name}} and {{order_id}} from selected page text or your clipboard when you ask - Use AI answer cards to draft the changing part from your own instructions and policies - Translate, shorten or adjust the tone with your own AI buttons - Dictate a draft, edit the transcript and prepare your reply - Combine several saved phrases into one answer - Sync your personal library with the CopyPoppy web app Direct insertion depends on the website and text field. Copy and paste is available when direct insertion is not supported.
