Send YouTube videos to your Villow queue instead of watching them, or run it alone and cap what you watch each day. Villow turns a YouTube click into a queue entry, or a personal limiter. Click any video and, instead of the watch page opening, the video is saved and the tile greys out in place. You keep the recommendation feed. You lose YouTube as a place to watch. WORKS ON ITS OWN — NO ACCOUNT NEEDED Run Villow without connecting anything, allowing you to caps how much time you can spend on YouTube per day, how many videos you can watch, and how many recommendations you can see. You choose. More settings such as bed times, hiding shorts, to make this experience tailorable to your needs. In this mode nothing is sent anywhere, because there is nowhere for it to go. CONNECT YOUR OWN VILLOW INSTANCE Villow is self-hosted. You run the server, you hold the data, and the extension talks only to the address you typed in yourself. Connected, it also: • Sends clicked videos to your queue instead of playing them • Drops videos from channels you already subscribe to out of the home feed • Reports your daily time, saves and recommendation counts to your dashboard Setup is one paste: copy the connect link from your Villow settings into the extension, and it has both the address and the identity it needs. PRIVACY The extension talks to exactly one server: yours. • It never contacts Google or the YouTube API, and holds no Google credentials. • It never contacts a server belonging to the developer. There isn't one. • It sends nothing to advertisers or analytics. There is no such code in it. • It reads no page other than YouTube. • It never touches advertising.
