Group tabs by domain/subdomain; new tabs auto-join. Toggle auto on/off. Sort A–Z, ignore pinned, collapse, dedupe URLs. Smart Tab Groups keeps your browser tidy by grouping tabs by site (domain or subdomain). New tabs join the right group automatically—or you can group on demand. What it does • Groups tabs by domain (e.g. all google.com together) or by subdomain (mail.google.com, docs.google.com separate) • New tabs auto-join when Automatic is on; otherwise use Group now when you want • Optional: sort groups A–Z, skip pinned tabs, collapse groups without the active tab, dedupe by URL How to use • Popup: Group now to (re)group all tabs; Ungroup all to clear groups • Shortcuts: Group now — Ctrl+Shift+G (Windows/Linux) or Cmd+Shift+G (Mac). Ungroup all — Ctrl+Shift+U / Cmd+Shift+U • Options in the popup: Automatic on/off, group by subdomain, sort alphabetically, ignore pinned, collapse inactive groups, avoid duplicate URLs No account, no telemetry. Works in Chrome and Chromium-based browsers (Edge, Brave, Opera).
