Helps the microFix app underline the text it is about to fix by providing its on-page position. No text is stored or sent anywhere. Official companion extension for microFix (macOS app). microFix is a macOS utility that fixes what you just typed with a single keystroke — transliteration (romaji, pinyin), wrong-keyboard input, missing accents, and plain typos. While a fix is in progress, microFix underlines the text that is about to change. Rich text editors on the web (contenteditable) don't expose text positions to macOS accessibility APIs, so the app can't place that underline there on its own. This extension fills the gap: • It measures the on-page position of the text about to be fixed and hands it to the microFix app running on the same Mac • All communication stays on your Mac (a local connection on 127.0.0.1) — no text is ever stored or sent anywhere • If the microFix app is not installed, the extension does nothing Get microFix: https://microai.jp
