Save and apply Steam profile customization presets with one click. Steam Profile Presets lets you save and restore your Steam profile customization with a single click. Switch between different looks for your Steam profile — for example a festive theme during the holidays, a clean default look the rest of the year, or a themed setup that matches the game you're streaming today — without manually re-equipping each item from your inventory every time. WHAT YOU CAN SAVE IN A PRESET • Profile background • Mini-profile background • Avatar frame • Animated avatar • Profile theme • Showcases (configuration of profile showcase sections) • Avatar image (optional) HOW IT WORKS 1. Open your profile on steamcommunity.com and customize it the way you like. 2. Click the extension icon and press "Save current customization". 3. Give the preset a name (e.g. "Winter look"). 4. Later, click "Apply" on any saved preset to switch back to it instantly. You can also export your presets as a JSON file and import them on another PC. ONLY ACTS WHEN YOU PRESS A BUTTON The extension never modifies your profile in the background. Every save and every apply happens only when you explicitly press the corresponding button in the popup. PRIVACY All presets are stored locally on your device using Chrome's local extension storage. The extension does not have a server. It does not collect analytics, does not track you, and does not share your data with anyone. Network requests are made only to Steam's own endpoints, directly from your browser, using your existing logged-in Steam session.
