Description
Find and redact sensitive data locally, protect forms and clipboard content, and check password and URL exposure. Warden helps you find and redact supported sensitive-data patterns before they are accidentally shared. Most protection happens locally in your browser. Page text, form content, selected text, clipboard content, settings, custom patterns, and activity history are not uploaded to AeThex. Main features: • Scan the current page for supported sensitive-data patterns. • Highlight detected information directly on the page. • Scrub selected text or clipboard content before sharing it. • Warn when supported sensitive data appears in form or clipboard content. • Disable protection for individual sites when needed. • Add custom local detection patterns. • Review and export a local activity history. • Check password exposure with a k-anonymous lookup. The password is hashed locally, and only the first five hash characters leave the browser. • Check a URL you explicitly submit against online threat intelligence. Warden does not upload browsing history or automatically submit visited pages. Online password and URL checks are optional and require a user action. Results may include false positives or false negatives and should be treated as one security signal, not a guarantee.
