Traditional Pomodoro locks you into fixed 25-minute blocks. Flowmodoro flips it: work for as long as you're in flow, and when your focus starts to fade, stop. Your break is then calculated automatically as a fraction of the time you just worked (work ÷ 5). Longer deep-work sessions earn longer rest; short bursts get short breaks.
