Patch request headers and mock fetch responses with scoped groups. PatchReq lets developers patch browser request headers and mock fetch responses from a simple Chrome popup. Create scoped rule groups for local development, QA, API testing, and environment-specific browser tweaks. Set or remove request headers, return mocked responses for matching fetch() calls, and limit each group to an explicit URL pattern. Use the global toggle to turn all rules on or off, or disable individual groups and rules independently.
