Optional ServiceM8 Dispatch Board and job-card tools: reporting, pipelines, diagrams, scheduling helpers, and BYOK AI. ServiceM8 Dashboard Tabs improves day-to-day work inside the ServiceM8 web app (Dispatch Board and job cards). WHAT IT DOES • Dispatch Board tabs: Reports, Timesheets, Revenue, Pipelines, Diagrams, Post Queue, and Schedule Board • Pipelines — named programmes per customer: properties, jobs, task swimlanes, colours, Plan/Gantt, bulk moves, and Pipeline AI (BYOK) • Real ServiceM8 API Tasks — list, create, sort, filter, and delete (optional in Settings) • Proposal tools — Dup / Copy / Paste sections, plus offline spelling underlines • Post Queue — schedule completed jobs for a target invoice date • Diagrams designer — draw.io-style board with trade symbol packs (including pest-control site maps); save/load to the job • Staff Docs — licences and certificates (optional, £1 / staff / month) • Job helpers — email contacts, rich email editor, custom recurrence, Reminders tab • Head office — when the job client is a site, show the parent Head office on the job card • Average days to pay — on the job card Details tab, click to see how quickly this customer pays (invoice to payment average) • Optional BYOK AI Copilot (OpenRouter) — search, navigation help, spelling, confirmed field fills • Settings: turn each feature on or off independently, with preview images for each toggle HOW TO USE 1. Install the extension and open Options/Settings 2. Choose Connect with ServiceM8 and complete Extended OAuth consent 3. Complete Stripe Checkout for the base plan (from £5 / month; 7-day trial where offered) 4. Sign in to ServiceM8 at go.servicem8.com 5. Open Dispatch Board and enable the tabs/tools you want in Settings PRIVACY Does not store ServiceM8 email or password. Public release uses ServiceM8 Extended OAuth 2.0: encrypted server-side refresh tokens and short-lived extension sessions only. AI Copilot (optional) uses your own OpenRouter key, encrypted server-side; chats are not stored in Firebase.
