Install the extension from the Chrome Web Store 2. Sign in with your BrainHi account credentials 3. Allow microphone access when prompted 4. Start making and receiving calls That's it. Your browser is now your phone. CLICK-TO-DIAL CONFIGURATION You control where Click-to-Dial works. Add specific domains (like telescope.brainhi.com) to your allowlist, and the extension will only highlight phone numbers on those sites. No domains configured = Click-to-Dial stays inactive.
