Quietly remember pages you visit — stored on your device via the Arclio desktop app. Nothing is uploaded by this extension. Arclio — Remember everything. Find anything. Arclio is your digital memory. This browser extension quietly remembers pages you visit and sends them to the Arclio desktop app on your computer, so you can find them later with natural language search. LOCAL-FIRST BY DESIGN • Captures go only to the Arclio desktop app running on your machine (localhost) • This extension never uploads your browsing to Arclio servers • If the desktop app is closed, pages queue locally and sync when you open it again • Optional cloud sync is configured in the desktop app — not in this extension WHAT IT REMEMBERS • Page title and URL • Visible text content from the page • Enough context for Arclio to help you find it later (“Where did I see that article?”) HOW TO USE 1. Install and open the Arclio desktop app 2. Install this extension 3. Browse normally — Arclio remembers in the background 4. Open the extension popup to check connection status, remember the current page, or send queued captures 5. Search your memory in the Arclio desktop app REQUIREMENTS • The Arclio desktop application must be running to receive captures • Works on normal http and https websites (not browser settings pages) PRIVACY Your browsing memory stays on your device by default. The extension’s only network destination is the local Arclio desktop app on your computer.
